Encrypted with your key, not ours
Your export is sealed with a key derived from a passphrase only you know (AES-256-GCM). We never store it, so nobody — not even us — can read your export.
A wind-down you get told about
If we ever wind the service down, our commitment is to give you notice — we aim for at least 90 days — and a final export window, so your legacy is never held hostage to our uptime. The binding terms are the ones in your agreement with us.
Keys escrowed to you
Encryption keys are escrowed to you, not held solely by us. Your data outlives any single company — including ours.
