Privacy and your data
To see what we hold, correct it, or have it erased, write to grievance@lifewyn.com. This also reaches our Grievance Officer, Kishor Dhakad, Co-founder, who handles formal complaints under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act. We acknowledge within 5 business days and aim to resolve within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.
Security disclosures
Found a vulnerability? Write to security@lifewyn.com before telling anyone else. We acknowledge within 3 working days and will not take legal action against a good-faith report.
Enterprise and partnerships
Write to support@lifewyn.com and tell us roughly how many people and what you have in mind. Deployments differ enough that a short conversation is faster than a form.

Write to support@lifewyn.com. We are happy to explain how the encryption works, including to people who want to check whether our claims hold up.
Before you write
Two things that will save you time.
We cannot recover your vault.
If you have lost your passphrase and your recovery shares, there is nothing we can do — no override, no reset, no exception. We are not being difficult. We genuinely have no way to read or unlock it, and that is the same design that keeps it safe from everyone else. Please do not lose both.
We hold ciphertext, not your records.
Your vault is encrypted before it reaches us. If you write asking us to check a record, fix a file, or tell you what you stored, we're not able to help — but we can help with your account, billing, recipients, release settings and anything the app does.
For how-to questions, the help centre is usually faster.
