Refund Policy
How refunds work for LifeWyn subscriptions.
Last updated: August 24, 2026
LifeWyn is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. This document is a template and must be reviewed and adapted by qualified counsel before you rely on it in production. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by anything on this page.
The short version
Contact us within 7 days of a charge and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. You do not need to explain why.
What is covered
- Subscription charges. Any Premium charge — monthly, yearly or lifetime — is fully refundable within 7 days of that charge.
- Renewals. A renewal is a charge like any other, so the same 7-day window applies from the renewal date.
- Accidental purchases. Covered by the same window; no separate process.
What is not covered
- Charges older than 7 days. Except where required by law, these are non-refundable and partial periods are not prorated.
- Purchases made through an app store's in-app purchase system. Those are billed by the store rather than by us, so the store's own refund process applies and we cannot issue the refund ourselves. Contact the store directly and we will help if you get stuck.
You usually will not need this
Premium begins with a 14-day trial, so most people evaluate LifeWyn without being charged at all. Cancelling during the trial costs nothing.
Cancelling is not the same as a refund
Cancelling from your account settings stops future renewals and keeps your paid features active until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that your account moves to the Free plan and your vault stays intact — cancelling never deletes your data. Ask for a refund only if you also want the last charge returned.
How to request one
Email support@lifewyn.com or use the contact form with the email on your account and the date of the charge. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer decides how quickly it appears, typically within 5–10 business days.
